Prices and booking
All prices showing on the website include the legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation. Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any prior notice.
Escape Games Logiccastle accepts responsibility exclusively and only for products listed on its official website logiccastle.com
Escape Games Logiccastle does not take responsibility for any information about its service, prices, products showing on any other webpage, a part of its own website logiccastle.com
Escape Games Logiccastle works only for reservation, which must be made from logiccastle.com online or via any official contacts showing under Contact menu point.
Once the booking has been made, the Customer receives a confirmation email for the specific booking. The Customer may also get a reminder sms or a confirmation call to ensure the booking. In case the Customer does not answer to the reminder or confirmation, Escape Games Logiccastle considers the Customer as no longer interested and has the right to cancel the booking. Escape Games Logiccastle does not take any responsibility for incorrectly provided or invalid email or phone number.
In case of the Customer cannot be present at Escape Games Logiccastle location on the booked time, he/she is required to let Escape Games Logiccastle know about his/her absence in advance via any of the offered ways of communication under Contact menu point.
Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the right to not to accept any further booking, or to request a deposit on next booking from Customer, who was not present at the booked time and missed to contact Escape Games Logiccastle to cancel the booking.
Escape Games Logiccastle accepts cash and credit/debit card payment in EUR currency, made at the location of the activity itself. The accepted credit/debit card types are Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro. The Customer is required to pay the full amount of the service prior to start the game. Escape Games Logiccastle is unable to accept denominations higher than 100 EUR due to security reasons.
Pre-payment is asked by Escape Games Logiccastle in two cases:
- The Customer did not show up for the previous booked appointment and/or missed to contact Escape Games Logiccastle to cancel the booking.
- The Customer cancelled the booking in very last minute.
The Deposit payment link is sent to the Customer`s email address, provided at the time of the reservation. Escape Games Logiccastle does not take responsibility in case of wrong contact details provided.
The amount of Deposit payment is set to 40EUR and can only be paid through our official link sent in the specific email.
Customer must proceed with the Deposit payment within one hour time frame, set from the time when the booking was made. In case the deposit payment is not processed within one hour, Escape Games Logiccastle cancels the reservation automatically.
The reservation is confirmed only, once the Deposit payment is received. The Customer will be contacted via email, phone or SMS once the payment is received.
All payments are processed by PayPal, which provides the payment option through PayPal account or mayor debit/credit cards.
The Deposit payment is for the booking of a specific game, date and time, detailed in the same email, where the Deposit payment link is sent.
In case of no show or cancellation the Deposit payment is NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to another reservation of a different game, date or time.
The remaining balance of the specific game is due at the reserved appointment on arrival.
While booking online, via email or phone, the Customer is requested to provide his/her full name, valid email address and a valid contact number. The booking cannot be guaranteed if any of the above details turns out invalid. Escape Games Logiccastle is the controller of the above-mentioned personal data and any other personal data that the Customer provides to Escape Games Logiccastle while participating in the activities.
Escape Games Logiccastle will not provide/sell/post/share the Customer`s name, email address and/or contact number to any 3rd party.
Escape Games Logiccastle will not use the Customer`s name, email address and/or contact number for marketing purposes without the Customer special request and consent.
Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the right to send email to the Customer after his/her visit with the purpose of collecting feedback and/or review.
Escape Games Logiccastle keeps in its system the Customer`s name, contact number and email address for its own statistical purposes.
Photos are taken in the end of the game/event and are posted on Escape Games Logiccastle`s social network pages: Facebook and Instagram. Except the Customer express clearly his disagreement about being posted. The Customer has the right to request Escape Games Logiccastle not to publish or delete any photo material where he/she appears.
All rooms are monitored with cameras with the purpose of allowing our staff to provide assistance during the activity and to trace any damage caused in the room and in its objects. These videos are only live camera images, but are not published, not recorded, not stored. These camera images are not going through any 3rd party cloud, streaming, or similar systems, but are exclusively visibles for escape games Logiccastle official personel.
The Customer is not allowed to take photos and videos inside any of the rooms offered by Escape Games Logiccastle. In case the Customer is caught making any kind of recordings, he/she will be required to delete all the related content immediately.
The Customer is responsible and liable for any loss or damage caused by him/her to the premises of Escape Games Logiccastle. Therefore, any damaged item will be repaired/replaced on the Customer`s cost. The games are not based on activities forced by power or muscle. None of the items/locks/boxes/doors/safeboxes require manpower. The alteration of the heating/electrical system is not part of the solution of the puzzles.
Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the right to interrupt the game any time when the crew sees Customers damaging the premises in the rooms.
Behaviour and conduct
Customers under influence of alcohol/drugs are not allowed to enter to the rooms. Escape Games Logiccastle does not tolerate abusive language/behaviour. Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the rights to deny the access to the rooms and/or participating in activities in any of the above mentioned cases.
The Customer is required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start the game in order to be provided with information regarding the game/event for his/her own safety and security. In case of the Customer is late, he/she will be given the same information during the time supposed to spent in the room to avoid delaying the next team.
The rooms are hold for maximum 30 minutes after the booked time. In case of not showing up and not notifying Escape Games Logiccastle about the delay within 30 minutes of time frame, the booking is automatically cancelled.
Customers are required to leave their personal items such as jackets, hats, backpacks, phones, cameras, etc. in one of the lockers provided by Escape Games Logiccastle. Escape Games Logiccastle is not liable for any missing belongings.
The Customer is required to let Escape Games Logiccastle`s staff know about any medical condition such as claustrophoby, heart condition, hypertension, epilepsy and basically anything which may cause problems for him/her during the game. If the Customer, despite he/she has any special medical condition, decides to participate in the game, it can be only done for his/her own responsibility.
Escape Games Logiccastle has no specific facilities for disabled people. The Customer with disability is required to contact Escape Games Logiccastle in advance to discuss about the accessibilty and suitability of the game for them. In case the Customer insists to participate in the game against the recommendation or warning of the crew, he/she will do it for solely and own responsibility. Escape Games Logiccastle's premises are not suitable for wheelchair.
Pets are not allowed in Escape Games Logiccastle`s premises.
Children less than 14 years old must be accompanied by minimum one adult. Customers enter to the escape rooms for their only and solely responsibility. In case of group of children, the responsibility is on the Adult/s accompanying them. Escape Games Logiccastle is not responsible and liable for any medical complications, infections, injuries or the cost of medical expenses related to the Customer playing the game or staying in the areas of the escape room.
Minimum one adult is required to go into the escape rooms with children younger than 12 years. This adult can be chosen by the Customer or can be the crew member of Escape Games Logiccastle.
Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the rights to join teams of children in the escape rooms any time the crew finds it necessary. Escape Games Logiccastle has the right to interrupt the game and exclude Children from the game in case of any inappropriate behavior, such bullying, inappropriate language, vandalism or violence. In such a case the price of the activity is not refundable and physical damage in the escape room premises and props (if applicable) must be covered by the Adult accompanying the Children.
Escape Games Logiccastle is not responsible and shall not be liable for any personal injuries or property loss arising from or in any way connected to the use of the services/facilities provided by Escape Games Logiccastle.
Escape Games Logiccastle offers products for online purchase exclusively and only on its website logiccastle.com
Escape Games Logiccastle does not require personal account registration for online purchase.
and Term and Conditions of PayPal
Customers` personal details, PayPal account login details, debit/credit card data are exclusively handled by PayPal. Escape Games Logiccastle has no access to the Customers` personal details, PayPal account login details, debit/credit card data. Therefore, Customer must contact PayPal in case of any complication of payment.
Once the payment is processed the Customer receives a payment confirmation email from the payment processor and another email from Escape Games Logiccastle including the purchased product. In case the Customer does not receive the email/s, is required to contact immediately Escape Games Logiccastle via email@example.com or +357 96754459.
Once the payment is made, there is no cancellation or refund option. In case of duplicate payment from the Customer`s side, please contact immediately Escape Games Logiccastle via firstname.lastname@example.org or +357 96754459.
In case of chargeback from Customer`s side, Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the right to deny any further online payment from the specific Customer.
In the event of any dispute regarding the services offered by Escape Games Logiccastle, the decision of Escape Games Logiccastle is final.
Escape Games Logiccastle reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Accepting this agreement, the Customer declares, that read, understood and respects the above mentioned Terms and Conditions.
